Stands can be expensive. Do I really need them?
A good stand will improve the performance of any speaker. They need to be heavy, rigid and non-resonant. A good speaker needs a good amplifier needs a good stand.
My local hi-fi shop has some cheaper stands. Will these do the job?
No. That’s why they are cheaper.
